2-YEAR WARRANTY

We offer two-year warranty on all our jewellery.

Manufacturing defects like breakage or dark spots are covered in this time and we're committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost.

If it's not fixable and you're still within your 2-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Sterling silver in particular will naturally oxidise over time when exposed to air, and eventually tarnish, and the best prevention for this is to store it in a sealed bag or airtight box when not being worn.

Tarnishing due to oxidation from daily use is not covered by warranty. We recommend occasional cleaning of your silver jewellery to maintain shine and keep oxidation at bay.
